Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.
This document outlines the terms under which we provide pharmacy services, including online consultations, prescription processing, and medication dispensing.
2. Our Services
We are a registered pharmacy operating in the United Kingdom, providing the following services:
-
Online Consultations: We offer remote clinical consultations via the Healthera platform, enabling patients to seek professional advice and prescription services.
-
Prescription Fulfilment: We dispense medications onsite at our registered premises based on NHS or private prescriptions.
-
Onward Referral: Where necessary or requested, and in line with clinical appropriateness, we may refer or transfer your prescription to another local pharmacy closer to your location.
3. Online Consultations via Healthera
Our online consultation services are powered by Healthera, a secure, third-party healthcare platform. By using this service, you also agree to Healthera’s own terms and privacy policies.
During a consultation:
-
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health.
-
All medical assessments are carried out by registered healthcare professionals.
-
Based on the consultation, a prescription may be issued at the discretion of the clinician. This can be fulfilled onsite or posted to the patients address after payment of the delivery fee.
Healthera facilitates the secure transmission of clinical information but does not provide clinical advice themselves.
4. Prescription Handling
Following an online or in-person consultation:
-
Prescriptions may be fulfilled directly by us onsite.
-
We reserve the right to refer prescriptions to a local pharmacy, especially if this better serves the patient’s needs, for example, due to geographical location or medication availability.
-
Patients will be notified of any referral and provided with contact details for the receiving pharmacy.
5. Patient Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
-
You are at least 18 years of age or are acting on behalf of a dependent with appropriate consent.
-
The information you provide during registration or consultation is truthful and up to date.
-
You will not misuse our services or use them for unlawful purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant UK legislation. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to delays in prescription processing caused by incorrect information, third-party platforms, or service interruptions.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our service, medical outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual factors and the clinical decisions of our practitioners.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
